A food processor makes this slaw recipe a cinch to make. The yogurt adds a different taste than a regular slaw recipe but if you prefer to use mayonnaise, you can do that! Enjoy!
Vegetable Slaw with Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage (about 1 lb), shredded
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 5 radishes, shredded
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Combine all vegetables in to a large bowl. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper, then pour over cabbage mixture and combine.
