Vegetable Slaw with Yogurt Dressing

A food processor makes this slaw recipe a cinch to make.  The yogurt adds a different taste than a regular slaw recipe but if you prefer to use mayonnaise, you can do that!  Enjoy!

Vegetable Slaw with Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1 head cabbage (about 1 lb), shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 5 radishes, shredded
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all vegetables in to a large bowl. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper, then pour over cabbage mixture and combine.
