- 3 lbs chicken - with bones; remove skin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 bell pepper, any color, minced
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped parsley for topping (optional)

Heat oil in large skillet and brown chicken pieces on all sides. Remove from pan.

Add onion and garlic to pan. Saute until soft. Return chicken to pan. Sprinkle with paprika.

Combine flour, tomato paste and chicken broth, pour over chicken. Add in bell pepper and cayenne, stir to blend.

Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25 - 30 mins until chicken is tender.

Remove chicken; stir in sour cream and heat until hot. Pour sauce over chicken and serve. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
