- 1 stick butter, softened
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- cooking spray

Spray 9x5" loaf pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350°.

Beat butter, cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add eggs and extracts. Beat well.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to egg mixture while mixing. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 to 50 mins or until done.
