Easiest OverNight Oats Recipe + Mix In Ideas

Overnight oats are the easiest and a pretty healthy recipe! Make them ahead for the week and you wont’ grab that unhealthy bar from the cabinet for breakfast!

Easy Overnight Oats Recipe you can make for the week!

Ingredients
  • 3 Cups Rolled oats
  • 3 Cups Milk (any milk of choice) Plant based milk works too
  • 1.5 Cups Yogurt Any Yogurt of Choice
  • Mix Ins - any flavors you like Berries, Nuts, Vanilla, Coconut, peanut butter, cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Add Oats, Milk and Yogurt to a Container (rubbermaid works great)

  2. Add Mix Ins of your choice (list of options above)

  3. Let sit in Refrigerator for 4 hours (minimum)
