Ingredients
- 3 Cups Rolled oats
- 3 Cups Milk (any milk of choice) Plant based milk works too
- 1.5 Cups Yogurt Any Yogurt of Choice
- Mix Ins - any flavors you like Berries, Nuts, Vanilla, Coconut, peanut butter, cinnamon
Instructions

Add Oats, Milk and Yogurt to a Container (rubbermaid works great)

Let sit in Refrigerator for 4 hours (minimum)
