with Potatoes, Baby Carrots and Stir-Fry Vegetables
Total Cost: approximately $5.36
Ingredients you will need for this recipe:
- Olive oil – 1 1/3 tablespoons
- Curry Powder – 1 1/3 teaspoons
- Garlic Salt – 2/3 teaspoon (we put Garlic Powder on our list)
- Onion Powder – 2/3 teaspoon
- Paprika – 2/3 teaspoon
- Boneless chicken breast – 1 lb.
The original was a recipe for six. We adjusted it for four.

- Thyme – 1 teaspoon
The recipe calls for a shallot, but we are recommending an onion instead.

- Avocados – 2 ripe
- Fresh basil leaves – 1/2 cup

- Cherry tomatoes, halved – 1 cup
- Canned corn kernels – 1/2 cup
We have tomatoes on the vine on our list instead of the cherry tomatoes to help keep the cost within our budget.
