Easy Chicken Chow Mein

This was a great replacement for Chinese take-out. It was really easy to make and probably a bit healthier as well.

Easy Chicken Chow Mein Recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg Kikkoman Chow Mein Seasoning Mix
2 large chicken breasts (or even beef!)
Oil
1/2 cup julienned carrots
1 small onion chopped up
Half a bag of frozen (or fresh) sugar snap peas
Half a pound of angel hair pasta or asian noodles

Directions

Pour seasoning package into 1/2 cup of water and set aside
Boil water for pasta. Once boiling cook, strain, and set aside
Cut chicken into small strips and cook in a pan with some oil
Once cooked add the julienned carrots, chopped onions, and sugar snap peas to the pan
Cook for about 2 minutes then add the seasoning mixture
Cook for another minute then serve over the noodles and enjoy!
