Microwave Coffee Cup Scrambled Eggs Recipe
I saw this recipe while I was looking through the Relish Magazine in my newspaper yesterday. When I saw it, I had one of those, why didn’t I think of this before moments. Hello, what was I thinking?!?! How easy is this! So, I gave it a whirl and it was not only easy but delicious.
This morning I wanted to make it again for breakfast but I decided to give it a try with egg whites. It worked great! I now have a new favorite breakfast item. 🙂
