Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate Recipe
One of my favorite things to do once it starts to really get cold is make a hot chocolate recipe! I especially love when I come across an awesome recipe like this one! I love Peanut Butter and Chocolate mixed together and this recipe is perfection and super easy! This recipe can be adjusted to what you like and it doesn’t have to be exact! If you like really chocolatey things then add more chocolate or if you don’t like cinnamon then you don’t have to add it! You can make this for your whole family! I’m sure they will love it!

- 2 tbl Hot Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tbl Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Milk – I found that whole milk tastes best
- 2 drops Vanilla Extract
- Whipped Cream Optional
- Reeses Peanut butter cups Optional
- Nutmeg Optional
- Cinnamon Optional
-
Pour about 1 – 1 1/2 Cups of milk into a pot and stir constantly (this is for 1 serving)
-
Add about 2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder to the milk and stir constantly until fully combined
-
Add about 1/2 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter to the Hot Milk Chocolate – It must be hot so the peanut butter melts completely
-
Once the peanut butter is fully combined add 2 drops of Vanilla extract and a dash of both nutmet and cinnamon (this is optional, but I think it tastes great this way)
-
Continue stirring untill fully combined then pour into a mug
-
If you want you can add whipped cream and bits of Reeses to the top!
