Ham, Asparagus & Tomato Grilled Cheese Recipe

• 4 fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
• 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided
• 2 slices white bread
• 1 slice of American cheese
• 1/4 cup baby spinach or arugala leaves
• a few slices of your favorite deli ham
• 2 slices tomato

Directions:

1. Heat grill pan on high heat. Brush asparagus with1 tsp. oil; cook 5 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Remove from pan. Cut to fit bread.
2. Fill bread slices with cheese, asparagus, spinach, ham and tomatoes. Brush outside of sandwich with remaining oil.
3. Cook in grill pan 6 to 8 min. or until golden brown on both sides, turning after 4 minutes.

Ingredients

• 2 Slices of Bacon
• 2 Tbl of Guacamole
• Butter
• 1/2 Cup Jack & Cheddar Cheese
• 2 Slices Sour Dough Bread

Directions

1. Cook the bacon and set aside
2. Butter one side of each slice of bread
3. Put half of the cheese on the non buttered side, then the guacamole, then the bacon, then more cheese and put the 2nd slice on top
4. Grill the sandwich until the cheese has melted
