Mushrooms Parmesan, Funghi alla Parmigiana, is what my grandmother used to call this recipe. Its taste is similar to stuffed mushrooms without literally stuffing them. This is a delicious recipe and makes a nice side dish. Enjoy!

Place mushrooms in baking dish which has been brushed with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sprinkle with parsley, garlic, oregano, half of the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Pour remainder of olive oil over top. Sprinkle with the rest of the bread crumbs.

Bake for 25 mins or until mushrooms are tender in 350° oven. If mushrooms look dry, add a little hot water to the dish. Garnish with parsley and serve.
