Here’s an easy recipe for Chicken Fingers. Your kids can even help with the prep. We have two options for cooking the chicken fingers… either baking or pan frying or, if you have an air fryer, you can cook them in there too. You can use any type of bread crumbs for the recipe, panko or regular; seasoned or plain! Enjoy!
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/4 teasp pepper
- 2-4 tbsp oil

Cut chicken breasts into strips or chunks.

In bowl, beat eggs. Add chicken.

In pie plate, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, flour and pepper.

A few at a time, remove chicken from the eggs and dip in bread crumb mixture. Coat well with crumbs. Repeat until all chicken is coated.

Pan Fry: In large skillet, add oil and cook chicken in hot oil until lightly browned and center of chicken is cooked. (Add more oil if necessary)

Bake: Preheat oven to 450. Coat baking dish or sheet with oil, place chicken on dish. Bake for 10 mins, turn with tongs and bake an additional 10 mins.
