It’s 1995 – I open my lunchbox and HOPE mom put some Dunkaroos in there! When she did – boy was I happy! They were my absolute favorite! Then when 2012 hit – they discontinued them. After all those years of delicous-ness – kids would never have that same feeling of opening up a your lunch box and seeing Dunkaroos again. UNTILL Summer 2020 rolls around!
Dunkaroos are Coming Back – Summer 2020
That’s right! Us 90’s kids (and now everyone else) can enjoy the amazing-ness of Dunkaroos once again! General Mills Announced Monday they will be bringing back the most requested flavor – Vanilla Cookies and Vanilla Frosting with Rainbow Sprinkles!
“For those who grew up in the ’90s, the original cookie-frosting combo represents the taste, color and fun of being a kid during that decade,” Jeff Caswell, president of snacks at General Mills said. “We know there’s a lot of love for Dunkaroos, and fans everywhere have been asking for it. We’re excited to help ’90s kids relive all the best parts of childhood.”

Even though this is confirmed by the Dunkaroo Twitter Account (here is their IG) – we don’t have an exact date – we just know they will return Summer 2020. They will first be available in 7-Eleven Stores before rolling out to grocery stores (According to the Today Show).
