- Chicken leg quarters – 4
- Chunky Italian-style tomato sauce – 15-oz. can
- Whole mushrooms – 4.5-oz. jar
- Dried oregano – 1 teaspoon
- Onion – 1 small
- Green bell pepper – 1 small or 1/2 large
