CVS Shopping Trip
So many HOT deals this week at CVS! I was very excited when I checked my CVS app and saw some GREAT offers to match up with the sales that are happening! The final cost for everything I purchased in this shopping trip was only $5.74 after coupons, Extra Bucks Rewards, and rebates….for over $54 worth of products!
The SoftSoap hand soaps (7.5 oz) were marked 50% off for clearance (certain scents only) HOWEVER they were actually ringing at 75% off but the shelf signs had not been changed. My stockpile was running dangerously low on these so I sprung for the $0.74 each because I knew some of my other deals were money makers!
The B2G1 FREE deal on the Kid’s Crest toothpaste was perfect timing for me because we were starting to run low. CVS is one of the few stores that allows you to use a coupon on the FREE items in their deals (i.e. BOGO FREE, B2G1 FREE etc)…so i was able to use 3 coupons here. (please note, the limit on the PG Insert coupon for Crest is 2 per day, which is why I used 2 of those, plus 1 printable)
Here is a list of what was purchased. You can see the breakdown for each making it very easy for you to mix and match deals and know exactly how much each deal costs.
These are the CVS coupons used in this transaction:
- $2.50/1 CVS Instant coupon from the Extra Care Coupon Center (all shoppers, limit 1)
- $2/2 any Mouthwash purchase, CVS coupon (select shoppers)
- $2/$7 Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair Styling or Hair Spray, CVS coupon (select shoppers)
- $2/2 any Crest toothpaste, CVS coupon (select shoppers)
REMEMBER: Extra Care Bucks have an expiration date so you want to be sure and use them before they expire. I am already planning how to use the ECBs I earned on this shopping trip for my next shopping trip!
Be sure to share your favorite deals this week as well. Happy Savings!
