Brownie Recipe
This brownie recipe is delicious! I don’t know if you missed it or not, but December 8th was National Brownie Day. If you missed it, celebrate the day a little late, that always works 😉 You can make the recipe we have here today. This recipe has a nice mix of cocoa, semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter or margarine melted
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup semi–sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts – optional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9 inch pan with cooking spray.

In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, brown sugar and salt.

Add melted butter, eggs and vanilla to the dry mixture. Mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts (if using). Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Let cool before cutting into 18 brownies.
