Cindy’s ShopRite Shopping Trip
You know how I always say, it’s the quiet weeks that have the biggest surprises. Well, that is what happened this week at ShopRite.
Everyone commenting how this week was dead. Well, not according to my shopping trip. It was a huge money maker week for me.
Of course, the rockin Nabisco deal helped to start the week off with a bang. Unfortunately, the Checkout 51 offer ended yesterday. But, if you didn’t do the deal yet, you still may be able to score them for free, or at least super cheap, depending on the coupons you have, even without the rebate offer.
Usually I clip items to my shopping list, here on LRWC, early in the week and keep adding them to my list as I see them. Then when I’m ready to shop, I go to print my list. There is a page that generates your list before you actually print it. It’s on that page that I take the time to go through what I’ve been clipping throughout the week and fine tune my list. Usually, I remove items that I don’t have the coupon for or expired rebate offers or eCoupons that I didn’t clip yet that are no longer available. Well, since I waited until today to do a bunch of my shopping, most of the rebate offers were gone. My list went from great to blah.
Than, we found 3 great deals this morning. So onto my list went the Free Valley Fresh Chicken, Money Maker Zantac and the Free Butterball Sausage. And, there was a new $0.75/1 General Mills Cereal Coupon this morning making my already great cereal deal even better. So my blah shopping trip turned right around to being great again.
How to Save Your Shopping List All Week
Just a note, if you want to save your shopping list all week like I did, be sure to sign up for a free LRWC Plus account. Oh, and one last thing…the LRWC App is almost here. I’m very excited about it as it will be quite different than the website. More of a quick and easy way for you to stay on top of the hottest deals. Plus a surprise, Instagram like section that I think you’ll love. Since the LRWC site is very mobile friendly, we wanted a way for you to coupon on the go. I think you’ll love it. So, be sure to sign up to be notified when the app goes live. You won’t want to miss it. (iOS app first)
Another quick note, you can easily access the LRWC on your mobile device by saving the LRWC icon to your home screen. It looks and acts just like an app. To do so, simply go to livingrichwithcoupons.com via your mobile broswer (just like you would go on any other website). Than, do the following:
- Android: Tap the menu button and tap Add to homescreen. You’ll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then it will add it to your home screen.
- iOS: Tap the Share button on the browser’s toolbar — that’s the rectangle with an arrow pointing upward. It will be located on the bar at the top of the screen on an iPad, and on the bar at the bottom of the screen on an iPhone. Tap the Add to Home Screen icon in the Share menu and it will be added to your home screen.
