You might find that you already have some of the items listed on the shopping list in your stock pile so your out of pocket cost will be even less!

- Cornstarch – 2 tablespoons

- Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Boneless chicken thighs – 10 oz. *

- Broccoli florets – cut into bite-size pieces (about 3 cups)

*The original recipe calls for 10 oz of boneless chicken thighs, which seems low for a family of 4. We’ve upped the amount to 1 lb. on our shopping list.
