Cindy’s Shopping Trip
After several days of tons of shopping, I am done for the week. I have a coupon workshop and book signing tomorrow night and we are moving our office at the end of the week so I really needed to get my shopping done earlier this week. Plus, I needed quite a bit as my meat stockpile was running quite low.
I’m happy to say, after the last few days, I’m pretty stocked up which makes it much easier to take care of our busy second half of the week and reduces the amount of quick, unprepared grocery shopping trips. I find, when I’m not prepared and short on time, I waste the most money on groceries.
This time I did a ShopRite Shop from Home order. I usually don’t do them because I don’t shop for that many things. But, I decided to take advantage of the $30 off $100 coupon code, plus my stack of catalinas I’ve been saving and use them towards meat, daily and produce. To make sure I hit the $100 in order to use the coupon code, I sprinkled in some free items so I could get up to $100 yet still keep my out of pocket low.
