To make this meal a little simpler, we have frozen Asian vegetables (includes Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas, Red Peppers and Water Chestnuts) on our shopping list instead of the vegetables listed with the recipe. The Asian mix should work fine with this recipe.
