Saturday 12/20/14:
Holiday Light Show In Historic Smithville
Cost: FREE
Description: Watch in wonderment as over 100 Christmas Trees magically floating on our very own Lake Meone and light up to the music around you. It is an orchestrated show of lights and music played out across the lake. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:30 – 8:30 pm. Other events include: Magical Talking Tree… noon-5pm. The Magical Talking Tree wakes up every weekend to talk to the young and young at heart. Christmas Train Ride.. 10am-8:30pm. The Christmas Train will take you on a ride to see the whimsical decorated Village. Story Time with Mrs. Claus.. 1:30-4:30pm. Mrs. Claus will read stories to the children in her Christmas Cottage.

Mam Family Art Adventure
Cost: $15 per family/ $6 Family for level members and above
Description: Come to Montclair Art Museum for an hour-log, drop-in gallery program for children 5 and up and their adult companions. Explore and discuss artworks and engage in fun activities in MAM’s galleries and sculpture garden. Advance tickets are available online at montclairartmuseum.org, in The Store at MAM, or by calling 973-259-5137

Mega Model Trains
Cost: Free with admission
Description: This perennial favorite is sure to delight train enthusiasts of all ages as they marvel at the spectacular 288-square foot interactive model train display. Holiday favorites include “Thomas the Train and Friends Model Train” and “The Polar Express.”

Christmas In The Land Of Oz
Cost: $8
Description: Christmas In The Land Of Oz Adapted by Tamara Tudor. From the book by L. Frank Baum Directed by Laura Byrne-Cristiano Dorothy, back in Kansas with Christmas only a few days away, sees her Aunt Em and Uncle Henry losing heart because times are hard and there’s not much money for Christmas. Her Aunt and Uncle seem to have lost the Christmas spirit. When Dorothy travels back to Oz to find help from her old friends, she discovers they are having trouble too. The Wicked Witch has stolen the Christmas spirit in OZ! Can Dorothy rescue Christmas and make everyone happy?
