The Jets claim the home field for this year’s MetLife Bowl preseason match-up against their NFC co-tenants the Giants, who’ve won the last five meetings in the head-to-head series. Free-agent wide receiver Eric Decker, RB Chris Ivory and both quarterbacks Michael Vick and Geno Smith are likely to strut their stuff for Jets head coach Rex Ryan in this warm-up for the 2014 campaign, while the Tom Coughlin-led G-men are back with Pro Bowlers Eli Manning, WR Victor Cruz and a healthy DE Jason Pierre-Paul, all hoping to rebound from a disappointing 2013 season.
