Just a note, we were a bit unclear on what Galbani considers a “gourmet cheese.”  The Galbani website does not make it clear – they only have two types of cheeses listed – “specialty cheese” and “cheese for in the dairy isle.”  We tried calling the toll-free number on their website however the number has been disconnected.  Melinda sent them an e-mail and if we hear back we will let you know, but our interpretation of this coupon is that it can be used on what their site lists as “specialty cheeses” which is fresh mozzarella, mascarpone and ricotta cheese.
