Saturday 5/31/14:

Garden State International Heritage Festival

Cost:  $3
Description:  Celebrate the unique diversity of North Jersey Arts and Science Charter Schools and the community at this festival that provides a rich, multi-sensory cultural experience through a wide range of activities, performances, art displays, ethnic foods, and country booths.
Location: Meadowlands Expo Center, 355 Plaza Dr, Secaucus, NJ

Crawfish Fest

Cost:  varies
Description: What started as a small crawfish boil for 70 people homesick for boiled crawfish in 1989, has turned into Michael Arnone’s 25th Annual Crawfish Fest. Featuring the best Music and Food that Louisiana and New Orleans has to offer. Cajun, Zydeco, Delta Blues, New Orleans R&B, Brass, Gospel and Jazz on 4 Stages.
Location: Sussex County Fairgrounds, Augusta, NJ

Sunday 6/1/14:

Fort Lee Arts and Music Fest

Cost: FREE
Description: The Fort Lee Arts and Music Festival event will be held on Main Street between Center Avenue and Lemoine Avenue and includes the Municipal Lot in Fort Lee NJ. There will be two stages of free entertainment, a Harley Davidson Motorcycle juried show (in the Municipal Lot), art and craft vendors, a juried art show judged by Fort Lee Artists Guild that is open to all, food vendors, free face painting and bounce ride for kids.
Location: Main Street between Center Avenue and Lemoine Avenue, 309 Main Street, Fort Lee, NJ

New Jersey Renaissance Faire

Cost: Online: Adults $18, Kids $11, Gate: Adults $20, Kids $12, Ages 4 & Under Free
Description:  The New Jersey Renaissance Faire is fun for the whole family as you step back in time to the days of yesteryore and 16th century merry olde England. The New Jersey Renaissance Faire features six stages of performances, music, and entertainment, as well as a full scale chess match, sword fighting, a full scale joust, glass blowing, falconry, and other fun filled and educational activities.
