Playtex Pacifier Holder Clips Recall
Playtex is recalling their Pacifier Holder Clips. The pacifier holder clips can crack and a small part can break off which poses a choking hazard to small children.
Approximately 1.25 million of the pacifier holder clips were sold nationwide at Walmart, Target, Burlington Coat Factory, other major retailers, juvenile product, baby and discount stores and online on Amazon from July 2010 through October 2013 for about $3. The pacifier holder was sold in green with a monkey figure, pink with a flower and blue with a tow truck.
If you have purchased one of Playtex’s pacifier holder clips, you should stop using it immediately and contact Playtex for a refund.
