Walmart Matches Competitors Black Friday Prices? Yep they are! If you are a Walmart Shopper you have to check this out! Starting at 8am on Friday, November 22 ,Walmart will start their Pre-Black Friday savings event in-stores and online! They will lower their prices on everything from toys to electronics to match select Black Friday Offers from Target, Toys R Us and Best Buy starting a week early!
