Here are the details on the show:

Take a spectacular tour of the solar system with the New York Philharmonic this summer, as conductor Bramwell Tovey leads the orchestra through a stirring live soundtrack to a spectacular big-screen HD video of the cosmos, complete with images from NASA. A longtime favorite of prog rock bands and movie directors, The Planets is an orchestral suite by British composer Gustav Holst, with each of its seven movements inspired by our galactic neighbors. Also on this space-inspired program are John Adams’ Short Ride in a Fast Machine, Offenbach’s “Ballet of the Snowflakes” from Le Voyage dans la lune and Music of the Spheres, composed by Josef Strauss. Along for the ride as well are guest performers, the Women of the MSM Chamber Chorus and Oratorio Society of NY.
