CVS Green BagTag Program Ending
Most of you have either already heard or have heard rumors about the CVS Green BagTag Program ending. The rumors are true. The program has now ending as of 4/28/13 and balances will no longer appear on your receipt. No word was given as to why they have discontinued the program.
According to CVS:
- Starting on April 28, GreenBagTag balances will no longer appear on your receipt.
- As a thank you for participating in the program, ExtraCare members can use their Green Bag Tags April 28 through May 31 one final time to receive $2 ExtraBucks Rewards.
- We encourage them to recycle their GreenBagTag, which is made with corn-based material, an annually renewable resource.
