You can score Free Dial Halloween Soap at Rite Aid this week. The Dial Liquid Hand Soap is on sale for $2.00 each with a $1 UP Rewards (limit 4). There is also appears to be a Rite Aid Monthly UP Reward Deal (although this one was not listed in my original post) that is printing an additional $1 UP Reward for each making them completely free.
If you also have the $0.35/1 Dial Soap Coupon available from the 10/7 Red Plum (regional inserts), this would then be a money maker for you.
One very important note...Only the Pumpkin and the Haunted House are producing the UP Rewards. The Black Cat is not working!
