NJ Happenings: 28th Annual Horsedrawn Plowing Match, Corn Maze, and Story Hour

For New Jersey Residents:  Here are some free and/or inexpensive family activities for this weekend.

  • Saturday, 9/3: 28th Annual Horsedrawn Plowing Match. Root for your favorite team of draft animals as they compete in a plowing competition and obstacle course. Listen to live music, eat BBQ and your kids will have fun. Free admission. Click here to find out more.
  • Saturday, 9/3: Corn Maze and Fun Park.  Find your way through a 10 acre corn maze, mini one-acre corn maze, rope maze or tile maze. Try your hand at gemstone mining or explore Noah’s Ark Playground. There is a fee for this event. Click here to find out more.
  • Sunday, 9/4: Story Hour. Join a Trailside naturalist for a themed story hour on a nature-related topic. This event is free. Click here to find out more.
