Crispy Corn Flakes Chicken

Here is a recipe that has been around for a long time. But, it’s simply and delicious. And, what better way to use that free box of Kellogg’s Corn Flakes you picked up 🙂

Crispy Corn Flakes Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breast (thin sliced)
3 eggs
1/4 cup of milk
salt and pepper
6 cups Kellogg’s Corn Flakes

Directions

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour Corn Flakes into a small bowl and crush into small crumbs with a spoon or with your hands
In a seperate small bowl add eggs and milk and whisk
Sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper on each piece of chicken and also in the Corn Flakes crumbs
Cover a sheet pan with foil
Dip each piece of chicken in egg/milk mixture and then in Corn Flakes crumbs pressing firmly to coat the chicken well
Place the chicken on the foiled sheet pan and place in oven
Cook for about 25 minutes or until inside is no longer pink and outside is nice and crispy
Serve and enjoy with a salad or other veggies of your choice!
