::Hudson Valley CSA
If you live in the Husdon Valley Area, reader Nicole wanted you to know that there are still shares available for the local CSA (Community Supported Articulture). A CSA is a program where you buy a share of a farm and go each week and pick up your produce (either boxed up or farmer’s market style). Her CSA is farmers market style and runs for 22 weeks. It is $500 for a working share or $600 for a non-working share. For a working share this comes out to $23 per week for fresh local produce. Today I went to Target to buy Magnum ice cream bars…and to use the $1/1 Target coupon with the $1/1 MC. I payed $1.29 per box but saw some had peelies on them that said SPECIAL OFFER, AFTER PURCHASE OPEN HERE, $20 PREPAID CASH CARD FOR YOUR OPINIONS! I did the survey, it took no longer than 15 minutes…and I should be getting the cash card in 4 weeks! What a great $18.71 moneymaker!

::Expired Coupons
Vikki wanted to let you know that you can send expired coupons to Coups For Troops. They send expired coupons to military families for use at commissaries. The will accept them up to six months past expiration date.
::DSW Takes Expired Coupons
Reader “L” left a tip regarding coupons at DSW. Apparently they take expired coupons and you use 2 or more Reward Dollars and coupons together.
I had two $10 coupon and reward certificates and bought nice flip flops free!
