Between the clearance items she found and coupons used, Jenni had an awesome trip to CVS. As she put it “Holy CVS Clearance, Batman!!!” 🙂
I was at CVS today to get the awesome Airwick ecb deal. Well, thank goodness I had my coupon binder with me because they had TONS of clearance at 90% off!!! I’m talking shelf upon shelf of clearance!

5 Always Panty Liners (clearance) $0.79 each
3 Stayfree Ultra Panty liners (clearance) $0.85 each

2 Stayfree Maxi Pads (clearance) $0.39 each
2 Colgate Wisp 4pks (clearance) $0.26 each
1 box Cold-eez (clearance) $0.72
2 bottles Triaminic Night Time Cold (clearance) $1.10 each

I was able to use coupons on all the clearance items and get most of them for free (CVS doesn’t allow overage so the coupons had to be adjusted down). Here’s the breakdown of the coupons I used:

My total before coupons: $38.89
I used $8.99 in ecb’s
My grand total after all coupons and ecb’s: $0.32!!!!!
AND I got back $10 ecb for the Airwick and $0.74 ecb for the chocolate egg!!
(I want to point out that most of the medicine was clearanced due to upcoming expiration dates. This wasn’t an issue to me since they were all still good for another few months and I’m sure my son will need something before then. I also plan on sharing these with my sister in law for her 2 kids).
