Head over here to request a free sample from The Republic of Tea. Scroll down to the bottom right and request a catalog. There is no mention of a free sample, however when you get your email confirmation for the catalog, it states:
Thank you for requesting our free Catalogue. Your first copy is on its way, along with a free sample
