Roasted Chickpeas Recipe
The big weekend is here! Will you be watching the Super Bowl.. or the commercials?! The day has become true American tradition for watching football and munching on goodies. 🙂 I recently read that the food consumption on Super Bowl Sunday is second only to Thanksgiving!
In the past we’ve posted:

Going through all of these recipes is making me hungry!!!
Now for today’s recipe. Roasted Chickpeas make a great healthy snack (that can be addicting). They are easy to make, a little unusual for some, but a tasty alternative to munch on during the game (or commercials)! The chickpeas have a nice nutty flavor when roasted. You can customize this recipe with your favorite spices. My favorite is garlic powder with a little cayenne kick. You can make them sweet by using a little brown sugar and cinnamon. Have fun with the recipe.
