Stock Up Price on Quilted Northern Toilet Paper
This week there is a great Georgia Pacific Catalina deal at ShopRite. The deal is Buy $20 worth of participating Georgia Pacific Products and get a $5 Catalina. We’ve had this catalina (with different combinations of products) in the past and, at times, it could be a bit tricky. Some products worked and some did not.
Well I’m happy to report that a bunch of you have reported that it is working and based on the Pre-Price Plus price as we predicted.
The best deal is the Quilted Northern Ultra 12 pack Double Roll or 8 pack Triple Roll which, according the ad, has a Pre-Price Plus price of $8.19 with a sale price of $5.99.
To make this deal work, you have to be sure to check for the following:
1. Be sure you are buying participating products: There are 4 different varieties:
- Quilted Northern Bath Tissue – Double Roll, Soft & Strong – 12 ct
- Quilted Northern Double Roll Bath Tissue, Ultra soft & strong – 12 ct
- Quilted Northern Triple Roll Bath Tissue – 8 ct
- Quilted Northern Ultra Plush Bath Tissue -Double Roll 12 ct
2. Check the shelf prices at your store: Sometimes prices are different then the prices shown in the ad or could vary by region. To make this deal work, you would need a Pre-Price Plus price of $6.67 or more.
3. Check UPC Codes: I have found, especially when there is a big sale, that toilet paper packs could be moved around by shoppers and you could, unknowingly, grab a 12 pack of a variety that is not included. So, check UPC codes on the package with the shelf tags. We talked about that last year so, if you are unsure what I mean, take a look at the detailed posted about checking UPC codes.
