Easy Chicken Salad Recipe
This week I was looking for a way to use my cans of Valley Fresh Chicken I picked up at ShopRite. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever purchased canned chicken before, however I had a coupon for $1.00 off any (2) Valley Fresh Chicken Products that I’ve been hanging onto for a while so I thought I’d give it a try. I love chicken salad and thought I can use it to whip up some quick chicken salad.
I googled a bunch of recipes and ended up with a pretty good tasting chicken salad that took only minutes to prepare! We ate this throughout the week on potato bread, english muffins and with crackers. My 18-month-old even gobbled it up, although she did pick out most of the celery 😉
