Here are the details on the show:

Chris Daughtry is one of the most successful American Idol finalists to compete on the show. His baldheaded boldness and modern rock style have earned him a legion of fans and his star continues to rise. One of the top draws of his season, he had audiences enthralled with renditions of Fuel’s “Hemorrhage (In My Hands)” and Live’s arrangement of the Johnny Cash classic “I Walk the Line.” He impressed Fuel so much with his performance that they offered him a spot in the band, but he turned it down to start his own group, Daughtry. The band’s first album was the fastest-selling debut in SoundScan history, with five hits making the Top 40. Daughtry will bring its brooding, energetic rock sound to Jones Beach, along with 3 Doors Down, who rose to international fame in the 1990s with their first single, “Kryptonite.” Opening the show is Ed Kowalczyk, the former lead singer of Live.
