Recipe: Baked Bean & Beef Stuffed Pepper Recipe
I love stuffed peppers, so when I came across this recipe using baked beans in a stuffed pepper recipe, I was very intrigued. I will have to give this recipe a try…sounds delicious. We can score Goya Baked Beans for free this week at several grocery stores including ShopRite, A&P, Pathmark and Stop & Shop with the new $0.50/1 Goya Baked Beans coupon in this 6/24 Red Plum insert. Plus, I’ve been making several trips to Best Market (located on Rt. 35 in Holmdel) this week to take advantage of their awesome prices on meat and produce. Green peppers are only $0.39/lb this week and if you don’t have the Goya coupon for free baked beans, Best Market has Bush’s Baked Beans for only $0.59 this week. There are several possible variations to this recipe, including a vegetarian & baked bean version, or ground turkey instead of beef.
