Lex had 2 great trips to CVS and Whole Foods this week! She spend just over $4.00 on everything, even the organic items! Here is what she had to say:
I had 2 great trips, one to CVS and one to Whole Foods. I paid only $4.05 out of pocket, and I was met with some pleasant surprises at CVS. At CVS, my Free Nivea Creme coupon took off $2.50, even though the item only cost $0.99. In addition, I had both a $4/$20 purchase and 20% off purchase coupon sent to my Extra Care card, and both coupons were applied to my transaction! Here’s what I did.
CVS Transaction
- – 2 Nivea Lip Balms $2.50 each
- – 1 Nivea body wash $4
- – 1 Nivea creme $0.99
- – 1 Revlon nail polish $5.99
- – 1 Onetouch Ultra Mini $9.99
Coupons Used:
- (1) $3/2 Nivea Lip Care (2/12 RP)
- (1) $1.50/1 Nivea Body Wash (2/12 RP)
- (1) CVS Free Nivea Creme (for some reason $2.50 was deducted, so that creme turned out to be a $1.50 money maker!)
- (1) $10/1 Onetouch Ultra Mini (1/8 SS)
- (1) CVS $3/1 Revlon product
- (1) CVS $4/$20 purchase
- (1) 20%/purchase CVS coupon ($0.17 was deducted)
Total after coupons: $1.83 (including tax) Paid w/ a CVS cash card, so $0 out of pocket 🙂
Received: $3 ECB from Nivea, $5 ECB from Beauty Club
Whole Foods Transaction
- – 2 Nasoya Tofu $2 each
- – 2 Kashi Go Lean Crunch $3.49 each
- – 1 Stonyfield 4 pk. Greek Yogurt $3.99
- – 2 Halo Spots Stew Cat Food $0.50 each
