P&G Best in Beauty $15 Rebate
P&G has a brand new rebate available! The rebate is for Buy $50 in select P&G products and get a $15 Mail in Rebate. Purchases must be made between 2/15/12 and 4/28/12 and the rebate must be postmarked by 6/1/12.

You must complete the Rebate form and send it in with the original receipt(s) with the items and purchase prices circled. In the spaces provided on the rebate form, you must write the UPC codes (found under the bar code on the product) for the products you purchased. Limit 1 rebate per name, address or envelope. Rebate CAN be used in conjunction with other offers UNLESS prohibited by the specific retailer.
To retrieve the Rebate Form, click download file and the rebate will be downloaded to your computer so you can print it. I recommend downloading it now because rebates have been know to disappear before the rebate offer period is over.
