My Shopping Trip: CVS & Pathmark for a $13 Profit!
Have I ever mentioned how much I LOVE coupons? In case I haven’t, I truly do 😉
Seriously, how can you not. My trips to CVS and Pathmark netted me a profit of $13. Every time I gave the stores money, they gave me more money back. How awesome is that. Plus, I didn’t even take advantage of all the money makers including some of the new rebates and the Speed Stick BOGO Sale at CVS this week. Here is what I did today:

I made various trips to different stores and started with a $4 ECB and continued to roll the ECBs I was getting into other transactions. This list is all the trips combined but I actually did 5 different transactions.
Total Purchased from 5 transactions:
- 2 Tom’s of Maine Mouthwash, 16 oz $2.99 each
- 3 Schick Hydro Shave Gel $4.49 each
- 8 Skintimate Shave Cream $4.19 each
- 1 Schick Hydro Razor $9.99

Total Paid Out of Pocket: $19.18 (kept it down by rolling $18 in ECBs)

Profit: $13.42

- Added $150 to grocery envelope on 1/20
- -$23.24 spent at the Farmers Market
- -$12 on various quick trips to the stores during the week
- -$9 spent on Newspapers
- -$28.58 for shopping trip 1/29
- Total in envelope as of 1/29: $489.50
