For this giveaway we have the 1/8 Smart Source, 1/8 Healthy Essentials Smart Source, 1/8 Red Plum and 1/8 General Mills. These inserts include the $3/3 Nabisco coupon that expires on 1/27 so we want to do a quick turnaround for this giveway so we can send out these inserts ASAP!
We will pick 2 (two) winners and each will receive 5 (FIVE) of each of the circulars, 20 (TWENTY) circulars in total!

I stopped buying them because we NEVER get the hot coupons here. We got no Nabisco, no Libby’s or Nesquik when they came out, an nothing else good either. Lol! I live in BFE apparently! I get 1-2 inserts from my Dad in San Antonio and that’s it usually…

The # I buy depends on how many inserts. If there are more than 2, I buy 8 papers. I buy the Saturday paper, the Jersey Journal, which has the inserts, but costs only .75. I seem to get a discount when I buy 8 papers of .68 each. I pay with my Walgreens RR and I start clipping!

I use coupons a lot to help stretch my FS EBT dollars since they cut my benefits (both SS and EBT!!!!). I try to rely a lot on printable coupons, but a few stores in my area don’t honor them, and ink isn’t cheap! 🙂

Cindy, we only try to buy 1 or 2 papers a week! Sometimes 1 of the two we buy are even already gone before we get to the QuickChek! There’s only 2 of us, my fiance and I, so it is just silly to have so many coupons when we won’t use them and many other people can. It does help us save money though – between the two of us, we only budget $150 a month on groceries!

i buy anywhere from 3-6 papers per week depending on if there is going to be really good ones in them if so i buy more. and thanks to this website i always know what ones will be in them LOL. i love this website my fav one by far im crossing my fingers on this contest it would be a great help! Only buy 2-4 newpapers on a given sunday if I know of a few coupons that I want. Other than that, I usually just use internet coupons.

Not only do I shop for myself and my two son’s families I also shop for my local food bank.
Once I really learned how to shop using coupons I can’t imagine any other way. 🙂

I don’t get out to the store every week, but I do pay attention to which/how many inserts are expected to be in each weeks paper and if it’s a very good week, then I’ll go and buy at least 2-3 papers. Otherwise, I use a coupon clipping service online to purchase the coupons I need/want.

I buy 2 newspapers a week plus my neighbor gives me her inserts. I am lucky where I live Red Plum is delivered prior to Sunday and many of my neighbors do not use them so I pretty good supply of Red plum coupons. I only take them if there is a good coupon which I can stock up on.

So I only pay for 1 newspaper. I also am fortunate to be an Army Wife and our local Military base has a local newspaper that gives us the papers weekly, we are allowed to have them for free and they come out every Thursday with the weekend coupons in them!!!

I just started clipping coupons so at the moment I only buy 1 paper a week (when I remember!!!). I also get some from the town throw away paper, my mom and the Internet (which thanks to your awesome site I now find many more this way!!!)
I stopped buying the newspaper because the inserts were often missing from one of the papers. I have been doing well with printed coupons and purchasing the occasional hot coupons from a clipping service or ebay. For 2012, I’ve started buying my inserts again (hopes of SR Dollar Days dance in my head) from insertinsanity.com. They are slightly more $ than a paper however I always get the # of inserts expected, get 2 versions of SS and don’t have a bunch of newspaper to recycle.

Im from Ohio and i buy one newspaper on Sunday each week, and the problems that I been haveing in this state something i don’t get all my coupons books in the Sunday paper may run to one store or another and they will be all the same! i have to check the site to see if there are good coupons to buy more newspapers or i have to check if there is any more coupons book that i didn’t get in my Sunday newspaper, thanks to your site Cindy i find out this information about out coupons books, because if not then half of the time i don’t even know what in our newspaper because sometimes we don’t get them or we don’t have all the coupons books in it!!!!! but thank you for giving us the part in your life on giving us the information that we need, and i could at least say Im very please and happy that i have meet you on this wonderful site!!!!

I don’t buy newspapers – just use IP’s for now. May do so in the future.
I buy anywhere from 2-6 per week and I have 4 family & friends that give me theres!

I only buy 1 and my Dad saves me his. I will print coupons online too. If there is coupon that I need more then 2 of, I will ask my neighbor.
I subscribe to 2 and get a mailer!! and my 3 apartment neighbors give me their mailers!

Every week, I buy 10 newspapers. I don’t always have the best luck. Half the papers are usually missing at least one of the inserts. Here’s hoping I win.

I buy 1 Saturday paper (for the flyers) and buy 2 Sunday papers for the coupons (& more flyers). My Aunt and Grandmother give me their coupon inserts as well.
It all depends on what coupons are in it. I can get any where from 1 paper to 6 papers. If I like the coupons I get more papers, I dont get it delivered for this reason.
It normally depends on the amount of inserts. January 1st I bought seven and it took me a week to get it all organized! On a regular weekend though, I buy four 🙂

I just started couponing and as of right now I do not get the paper. Once I start to see how things go I may get one. I used to find there was not a lot in there I would use but I am finding some of the advertised deals have coupons from circular and not available to print.

i get one paper delivered to my door. my inlaws give me their coupons (their loss for not couponing!) and i get more as needed. i don’t like to ‘waste’ the actual newspaper by buying a ton of papers if i don’t need the coupons.
I subscribe to just the Easton Times Express (77 cents a paper!!!), but usually pick up a Star Ledger and possibly a Courier Times if the coupons are good. I have two delivered, and will buy the Star for better cents-off grocery coupons if they’re good to double.

I get smart source and red plum delivered to my house for free which is awesome! I’ve made friends with several neighbors and they give me their coupons every week (they don’t use them at all! How crazy is that?). If there are only smart source and red plum coupons in the paper, I don’t need to buy any. When there are extra inserts, like P&G, I buy 4 papers.

Our Sunday paper comes in a bundle (early edition and the sunday edition). Both have a set of all the inserts so we buy just 2 bundles.

I get one delivered because my Shop Rite had a great deal on Sunday-only delivery and they gave away a $5 gift card, THEN, I purchase 2 more Sunday morning when I treat myself to 7-11 or WaWa Cappuchino. If the circular’s are super-duper good, I’ll purchase more. Sometimes I’m lucky and the clerk at 7-11 will grab the ones folks throw away.

We get the paper Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Coupons are included in the Thursday paper (most times) and always the Sunday!

One reason is for the job classifieds (unemployed at the moment) and the other reason is so I can clip coupons to save money at the store because its hard without a job. We have two newspapers delivered to the house on Sundays. Then my wife works at a tv channel, and they typically get 6-8 papers on Sundays and they give her those coupons each week. All in all, most weeks we end up with 6-10 sets!

I always buy 6 each week so I have enough coupons to shop for my mom . I try my best to provide ( as much as I can ) , everything that she needs . Thank you LRWC for helping me to do it.

When I first started couponing, i would get 4 papers a week, now I get 6 of my local paper then 6 ofeither the Reading Eagle or the Philidelphia Inq since my local paper doesn’t carry the smart source…..so that’s 12 papers total!! Thanks LRWC for all that you do!!!!!

I don’t buy any newspapers anymore because half of the time they didn’t have the coupon inserts. I only use coupon suppliers now.

Well two weeks ago, when the P&G cae out, I got 12. What luck huh? I went to 7-11 Sunday evening and the man knows I coupon and he pulled me aside and handed me a bundled stack of 12. Said his employee in the morning forgot to put them out and for me to have a great New Year. Was soooo happy!! But on the normal, I get 2.

I buy most of the times one paper and try to collect some for free as it is hard for me to afford many and our papers in brooklyn tend to not have many of the coupons I would love to win since i didnt get moste of the coupons this week .
i try to get at least four papers, but in our small town, they are either gone before the sun rises or the papers that are left dont have any coupons in it. (for the month of january i was only able to get last weeks 🙁
i get on paper delivered and then if i have extra cash by sunday i drag the kids out early in the morning to buy another. i also get support from my dad who sends me his coupons from down the shore. he gets one paper also. 🙂

We have 2 delivered. One each of the Hartford Courant and Meriden Record. If the coupons are really good we will get another 2-4 papers. When my husband works on Sunday, he will bring 3 home from there. We have become the food bank for our 6 children and their families.
Pick me! I barley get the newspaper anymore because in my area they only put in the P&G once a month. I cannot afford the gas to go drive 45 minutes to the next area that covers SS & RP . This has been going on for a while i contacted the paper but they never get back to me to explain why 🙁

OMG I feel like a coupon hoarder !!! I Buy 4, my parents gives me theirs, my girlfriend gives me hers, my husband is friendly with the man at the 7-11 so sometimes I get extras from there !!! and I work in a salon for my clients bring me theirs also !!! I have one delivered to my home, then look through the inserts to see if I want to go buy more from the gas station depending on the coupons that week. I only get 1 newspaper delivered to my house every Sunday, The Record. BUT, I’ve made friends with the man at the convenience store down the street. We’re best buds…his wife coupons too. At about 7:15 every Sunday night I go visit my friend about 15 minutes before closing and he gives me three or four papers to take with me. He throws them out at closing time and he just needs to send in the front page, so I get the inserts for free and recycle the rest of the newspapers!! To thank him I bring baked goods 🙂
I get 1 delivered and then usually go out and get 2 more on Sunday. FYI many stores in the Bergen County area that sell the Record have not had any coupon inserts in them since the new year. Apparently the Record has a new distribution company….hope they get it straightened out!
I typically buy 4 papers every week-(2) Phila. Inquirers and (2) Burlington County Times. I do have many family members who pass on their inserts as well, which I am extremely grateful for! 🙂
I subscribe to the Sunday Boston globe each week, and get what I need from there. Living in a studio apartment right now I don’t have the place for a big stockpile, but as soon as we ‘move on up’ I will be saving a closet for more savings!

I have one Sunday paper delivered each week. I usually receive an extra SS circular in our local newspaper on Thursday and a full second set of coupons from a family member. When there is a great deal I order additional coupons as soon as I can.

I also Buy WSJ weekdays no weekend delivery no coupons .
I also buy Barrons delivered weekly No coupons
No red plum in my weekend papers.

I buy between 4 – 8 newspapers depending on the coupons. I have been sharing some of the coupons that I get to help teach others how to coupon. I have also been able to gain services with teaching others how to coupon. I am not only benefiting from this but so are others.
I usually send my husband to pick one up on Sundays. Then, I try to gather the inserts from work before they *eek* get recycled or tossed!

I am a coupon baby! I just started two weeks ago!! I started filling a binder today witht he two weeks of coupons I have collected, and I first bought two papers, then three. We follow a “rule” i read somewhere when we first stared looking into coupons – one paper for each member of the family +1 extra (we buy 4) but there are weeks with great coupons that i hit up the dollar store for some extras (like the free osteo bi-flex) thanks to that sale between me and my mom i think we have 20+ inserts from that week – since we stocked her up on a year’s supply of $12 a month vitamins for the cost of the paper’s alone….

I wake up every Saturday morning super excited (like Christmas morning!) and read my 1 delivered paper. Then I send the hubby out to 7-11 to get 2-3 more.

Sometimes I buy up to five papers a week. Depending on the store I purchase them from. Sometimes there are little coupon thieves who steal the coupon circulars from the papers so I will receive a paper that only have perhaps 1 out of the 2 or 3 that were supposed to be in that paper for that week. But I also purchase the paper because of the job postings. Although I have a job, I have many friends that are in need, so not only do I clip coupons, I clip job opportunities for them as well.

It depends on what is in there. On a good week I will have my husband pick up 4….since most stores only allow 4 like qs at a time. If there is something really juicy, I will go to E-bay to get extra q’s. But on the norm I usually pick up one…. Thanks for all the good you do!

hello, I live in NYC. i buy my coupons online and pay around 14 for 6 of each insert everyweek, sometime I don’t even get any special flyer like the target or GM. I am a little discourage about couponing here we don’t get good coupon even in the newspaper and the prices on groceries are high here plus stores don’t double coupon and some don’t even accept Internet coupons. getting this will help a lot.

The key concept is “only for things we actually use”. This works very well as my grocery saving are almost always 66% and frequently 75% with the use of sales, coupons and this lovely site. If for some reason I do buy a paper (the delivery person didn’t deliver), I always check for the inserts. I think sometimes the machine that put the inserts in the papers misses the paper altogether and then other time I get two inserts.

I only buy 1 paper a week. That is because my mom and mil both give me their coupons. ( I learned to coupon from my grandmother). Also we receive the Red Plum coupons with our advertisements in the mail and starting Jan 1 our local free paper carries the SS inserts. So I try to collect them from my neighbors.
I just started couponing the second week of the year and missed these circulars. I salivate when I see the deals posted from P & G and SS that I am missing out on. I would love to have these.

Our coupon deals in my area aren’t that terrific most of the time (rarely have double coupons, and stores severely limit the number of like coupons that you can use), but the ones I use do help a lot!

i usually get anywhere from 50-100+ newspapers a week and the best part is i get them all free 🙂 i love sharing my coupons with family, friends, co-workers, and even strangers shopping where ever i am shopping at but my favorite thing to do is to send them overseas to other military families 🙂
I usually can only afford 1 newspaper. I am working on starting my coupon collection and trying to learn more about it now that I am the sole income provider for our house. Money is getting really tight that we contemplate certain food at the grocery store.

when i first started couponing a few months back, I read the rule of thumb should be one newspaper per household member…therefore, since there are 4 of us, I buyalways buy 4 newspapers a week.

We subscribe to the NJ Star Ledger Thursday and Sunday for the coupons only. The newspaper subscription was also purchased with a coupon deal bringing down the paper price to very less. When the current newspaper delivery term ends, we will cancel and wait for the next newspaper coupon online and only if one is available, we will restart the paper delivery. Incidentally we found that in our area, coupons only are delivered even for those who do not subscribe to newspapers. So maybe we don’t need to subscribe to newspapers anymore.

I buy 10 newspapers per week and also order coupon inserts. Our church sponsors an orphanage in Haiti and I try to use these coupons to send medicine, personal hygiene items and things to them about every 6 weeks. We also have a street ministry and give out the items to the homeless.

One Sunday paper. I get additional inserts from my father when he’s done with them. I should probably order the paper. Our small town only sells it in one location and a couple of times the paper has been sold out before I could get there in the morning.

I buy 1 paper a week unless there is really great coupons then i get 2 wish i could afford to buy more but this is all i can we can even with the money savings the coupons give me…….Sometimes friends who don’t use will give me a SS .Without coupons i wouldn’t be able to even buy our food!

We have only been extreme couponing for a short time. We look at the coupon preview and then decide how any we will buy that week. Last Sunday zero but plan to buy 4 to 6 on 1/29/12. I was surprise to see that on some holiday weekend there are no inserts.

I do better with just printable coupons most of the time. Or purchase coupons if there’s something I really want, rather than a whole paper.

I only buy newspapers when there’s a P&G insert! I never get the good SS or RP inserts, so it’s easier (and cheaper) just to print a few coupons off the internet. But, one can never say no to coupons!

Hey Cindy, just applying for the Inserts. I buy atleast 4-5 newspapers for the inserts from New York. In the city we dont get the good ones. 🙁 so I travel up to Terry town on Sundays to get them.

Well, it depends if it’s a “good” week, I’ll always check. My neighborhood girls are viscous at getting to our local coupon box before me. If it’s a p&g week, I’ll usually head out to all the boxes and gas stations and end up with close to 25, an average week is about 10 though. Mommys do what we gotta do 😉

I usually will usually buy only one newspaper a week. Most likely the weekend paper just for the coupons! Then I supplement by coupon swapping with my sister for even more coupons! But it works out lovely, whatever she has multiples of or knows I use she sends them to me. Also I coupon search online as well.
If its a big week with lots of Qs, I buy 4, otherwise, just 2. I would be SOO happy if I won (obviously everyone would be!) but I didnt get any papers on the 8th, so this would be fabulous!

I get 1 paper delivered and then based on the coupons in that determines how many I will buy. Sometimes the paper at the store doesn’t have the all the coupons that are delivered. Not sure why that is. If it the paper with the P & G coupons, then i buy 3 more.

I cannot depend on online coupons much becuase i only have 1 comp and so i can only print 2 coupons of each. If coupon is really good then i go to the public library but i rarely have time to stop by.

Our local paper dropped Smart Source inserts, and it wasn’t worth the $$ to me for just the Red Plum. We buy mainly organic, and so I’m able to mostly use IPs, contact companies, and shop the sales. I do occasionally use a service, plus my neighbor saves the RP inserts for me and my in-laws save me their inserts.

I recently switched from only buying 2, to buying 3 a week. However, when the P&G coupons are offered, I buy 4. The area I live in sometimes leaves out some of the inserts, or just doesn’t have the same ones as listed in the preview but it’s still totally worth the savings!

I don’t buy any papers. I print online coupons, and my mom saves her Sunday coupons for me to pick up each week. I pay that favor forward by cutting out all the coupons (even the ones I won’t use) and giving all the extras to my church to be used to stock the food pantry, first aid kits, etc.

I buy one paper, get one from my neighbour (yes that is my Canadian spelling ha!) and sometimes the nice man at the gas station will give me his leftover paper (he hands in the front page to get reimbursed). If it’s a PG week or a really good week I might buy one or 2 extras, especially when I have ecbs to use!

Then, across the street from my office is an apartment complex where the mailman dumps all of his extra RedPlums. I use to get anywhere from 1 – 15 sets, but since Jan. 1st I can’t find any for some reason. I can use some coupons now.
I get 3 newspapers. I just went to 7-11 last monday morning and they let me take as many inserts out of the leftover sunday papers as I wanted. I offered to pay for them and they said to just take them!
