Here is the breakdown of my quick trip to Stop and Shop yesterday . Right now most of my local stores are giving out a few free items each week with a minimum purchase of either $15 or $25. SInce our budget is really snug right now I have been trying hard to plan my trips to get the most that I can for my $15 or $25 and get my free items as well.

my total savings just from using my S&S card was 25.63
and I added 16 points to my gas points as well!
