After more then 10 days, I finally set foot in the grocery store. Well, that’s besides running in to test out the awesome Ziploc Deal that was last week.
Here is what I did this weekend.
::ShopRite Trip
Yesterday, I headed to ShopRite with my couponing partner (aka Mr. LRWC). I won’t give you a complete breakdown because the sale is over. So, here is a summary.
This was done in 1 large and 1 small transaction so I could double up on some deals including the Ziploc Bags, the Dole Salad Kits, the Scotch Brite Sponges & More.
Started with a $5 Catalina
Paid: $45.78 out of pocket
Saved: $156.05 (according to the receipt)
Have a $5 Catalina
And, I am still $119.40 away from my free turkey 🙁
::Stop & Shop
Today I went to Stop & Shop to use up my AWESOME International Delight Coupons and do the Vanity Fair Napkins deal. I wish I had more Vanity Fair coupons as I was totally out of napkins.
Here is what I did:
Bought 4 Vanity Fair Napkins $2 each
Bought 7 International Delight Coffee Creamer $1.67 each
-(4)$0.55/1 Vanity Fair Coupons
-(7)$0.75/1 International Delight Coupons
-$3 instant savings (vanity fair wyb 4)
Paid: $2.79
Also, I finally found 1 of the great coupons books that are floating around. I’m not sure about my stores, but I can never find any of these great coupon books that most of you guys find. But, finally today, I find 1. So, I grabbed 4 books.
I will be heading back to ShopRite tomorrow for some of this week’s deals.
