There is an in-ad coupon for 2 for $1 on all Mars Candy 1.1 – 2.17 oz.  Skittles is a Mars product.  Then, there is a $1/2 Skittles Bags Coupon (1.9 – 2.17 oz) Coupon available.  This coupon is on the Target website however it is a manufacturer coupon.  Also, there are 2 Skittles Coupons so be sure to pick the one for the single bags and not the larger bags.
