Here is how I make my Sweet Potato Fries:

  1. Make sure to buy Yams.
  2. Heat oven to 425
  3. Slice into thick fries
  4. Place in a ziploc bag with Olive Oil and Season-All to coat
  5. Spread out on a cookie sheet in a single layer
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes flipping once
