Dell Inspiron 14R Laptop: Back to School Giveaway #1

Woohoo!  The countdown is complete.  The Back to School Givaway Bonanza has begun.  And we are starting with an awesome giveaway.  Yes, it really is what you see pictured here.  A Dell Inspiron 14R Laptop.  How great is that?!

The laptop retails for $479.99 and we my parents happened to have just purchased this laptop for my son as a high school graduation gift. He has had it for about 2 months now and loves it.  Initially I was nervous it would be too small a screen, but honestly, it’s the perfect size.  Easy to take from class to class so you are not lugging around this big, bulky laptop.  And the key board is great, even for his large hands.

It comes with Windows 7 operating system and was super easy to get up and running.  It also has a Lithium Ion Battery (6 cell) that they have listed as lasting up to 5 hours.

Dell also wanted you to know that they are concerned about your kids surfing the web.  So, they have recommended a site that may be of interest to parents.  You can check more information out here.
