Yay! The missing Catalinas are on the way. I was on the phone with Catalina Marketing this morning for about 15 minutes and they were able to see my transaction and tell that I was due $6.50 in catalinas. The funny thing is, they said that they printed. And I, knowing that they were to be printed, even waited to make sure it wasn’t delayed coming out of the machine. But apparently I didn’t wait long enough because they claim they did print. So, the person behind me in line got a bonus $6.50 in catalinas. I guess it was their lucky day.
However, mine are being mailed to me so I should have them in a couple of weeks. And I just have to say that they were so nice and accommodating. If you need to call Catalinas Marketing, make sure that you have your receipt with you as they will be asking you for information off that receipt to verify your purchase.
